Importance of Being Healthy

Healthy and Fit life style are very important for every human being, because if we want to achieve our goals we must be fit and healthy, So that we can work very effectively and very energetically.   4. Every day practice yoga: Every day we should do yoga and as well as physical exercise. For example, we should do morning walk, running, jumping as well as cycling. There are a lot of beneficial yoga asanaas like Pranayama & Surya Namaskaar which we should practice every day in the morning as it is the best time to do yoga and other exercises. Because in the morning air is fresh. So, we feel healthy and fit.

  5. Feel Happy and have fun don’t take stress: In our daily routine we should involve fun and enjoy every movement in our life. Because, if we take stress, we will not be able to focus on our work or studies. We will feel lazy and inactive. So, we should listen to music and also dance when we have free time. In addition, we should do outdoor activities for e.g. playing games like cricket, badminton etc, we can talk to our friends or neighbors and learn from their experiences. 

  6. Don’t eat Junk food: We should not eat junk food because junk food is very harmful for everybody. If we eat fast food in excess then in our body there can develop lot of diseases like stomach indigestion problem, acidity, food poisoning etc.
